Lessons

Are you looking to discover your voice and deepen your love and knowledge of music? I teach singing, musicianship (reading music, sightreading), music theory, and conducting. I offer online or in-person lessons. I would love to help you reach your musical potential! Contact me to set up a time to discuss your goals for lessons.

  • Let me help you sing freely and enjoy making music! I believe that everyone can - and should - sing. Whether you want to sing for yourself, in choir, or on stage, I will help you achieve your musical goals and meet you where you’re at.

  • Reading music is like learning a new language, and it is never too late to start! If you have been in choir or are learning an instrument and want to make sense of the notes on the page, let’s work together to discover (or re-discover) what they mean.

  • Sightreading is an essential skill for many musicians, especially those looking to be professionals. I can teach you tricks to unlock new pieces at first sight, and find success in auditions or rehearsals.

Taking a deeper dive into music theory is a great way for intermediate-level musicians to understand how music fits together. Let’s work together if you are preparing for Royal Conservatory exams, or just want to go further with your musical knowledge.

  • Your gesture is the key to your choir singing their best. I can help you find freedom in your gesture to allow your choir to breathe freely and sing with a fuller sound.
